Google Review Link Generator

Turn your Place ID into a short, direct 'leave us a review' link that drops customers straight onto the Google review box. The fastest way for local businesses to get more reviews.

The Google review link generator turns a Google Place ID into a direct "leave a review" link your customers can click to rate your business in seconds. Instead of asking people to search for you on Google, scroll past competitors, and hunt for the stars, you hand them one short URL that opens the review box pre-targeted to your listing. Fewer steps means more completed reviews, and more reviews is one of the strongest signals for ranking in the Google Map Pack.

To use it, paste your Place ID into the field below, or drop in a Google Maps URL and the tool will try to auto-extract the ID for you. Click Generate and you'll get a ready-to-share writereview link plus a copy button. Add that link to your email signature, receipts, SMS follow-ups, thank-you pages, or a QR code on the counter. Because review velocity and recency both influence local rankings, making the ask frictionless directly supports your local SEO.

If you want to see how a steady stream of new reviews moves your rankings across an entire city grid, ProMapRanker tracks your Map Pack position from dozens of points around your service area so you can prove the impact. Start free and pair this review link with real geo-grid rank tracking.

FAQ

Where do I find my Google Place ID?

Use Google's official Place ID Finder, or open your business on Google Maps and copy the full URL into the box above - this tool will look for a Place ID inside it automatically. A Place ID usually starts with characters like "ChIJ" and is around 27 characters long.

Why use a direct review link instead of just sending my Maps listing?

A standard Maps link opens your profile, but the customer still has to tap through to the reviews tab and find the star rating. The generated writereview link opens the review dialog directly, removing friction and increasing the number of reviews you actually collect.

Does a Maps short link (goo.gl / maps.app.goo.gl) contain my Place ID?

Shortened links are redirects and do not contain the Place ID in plain text, so they can't be parsed here. Open the short link in a browser first, let it expand to the full Maps URL, then paste that full URL or use the Place ID Finder.
